OVERVIEW:

The Victorian Government has provided up to $1.5 billion to deliver a new Footscray Hospital – one of the state’s largest ever health infrastructure investments.

KEY HIGHLIGHT:

The project encompassed six buildings and a bridge, involving close collaboration with the engineering design team and builder. The work focused on design development and accelerating progress to mitigate risks effectively.

    

 
 

 

Bundle A Schools-Admin & Learning Resources Centre

OVERVIEW:

Each school offers a variety of facilities including administration buildings, staff offices, and amenities, general purpose classrooms, a community hub including both gymnasium and amenities, music and performing arts spaces, science building, food technology spaces, sports fields, hard courts, and outdoor play spaces. The schools were completed for the start of the school year in 2023

KEY HIGHLIGHT:

Four different types of school buildings were modeled and were shop drawn in less than two month.

 
 

 

Monash University Biomedical Learning & Teaching Building

YEAR: 2018

CLIENT: Monash University

OVERVIEW:

This project involved the construction of a new Biomedical Learning and Teaching Building for Monash University at its Clayton campus in Victoria. The new building spans four levels plus a lower ground floor and roof plantroom. It provides a total of 11,400 square meters of state-of-the-art learning space for Biomedical Science students.

KEY HIGHLIGHT:

A striking element of the Biomedical Learning and Teaching Building’s design is a hanging steel staircase that is suspended from a skylight truss and connects the various levels of the facility.

 
 

 

Monash University Jazz Club Building            

CLIENT: Monash University

YEAR: 2018

OVERVIEW:

This project sought to achieve a complete renewal of the Alexander Theatre at Monash University. Objectives included a refurbishment and repurposing of the existing Alexander Theatre, a new flat floor multipurpose Sound Gallery and a new live performance Jazz Club.          

 
 

 

BP-Pipe Line Trusses   

YEAR: 2022 

CLIENT: NEWest Alliance          

SERVICES UTILISED: BIM modeling

OVERVIEW:

Five steel trusses were installed under the Canning River bridge along the Thornlie-Cockburn link. These trusses will provide a supporting frame for the BP Kewdale White Oil Pipeline.

KEY HIGHLIGHT:

Complex geometry as all the trusses should be preset during the fabrication stage.
