OVERVIEW:
The Mesa J mine is part of the Robe Valley hub, which is owned by the Robe River Joint Venture. Rio Tinto has a 53% stake in the JV and is operator of Robe Valley, which has two iron ore producing mines in Mesa A and Mesa J. The project was included HV wash down facility, mobile equipment maintenance workshop (MEM Workshop), bulk lube storage facility, and HV and LV tyre change facilities.
KEY HIGHLIGHT:
Steel Tonnage: 460 tons
Over 4,500 shop drawings were generated for steelwork.
HDPE Project (Oil & Gas)

OVERVIEW:
This project involved the construction of a High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plant located in Ilam. The plant will have a production capacity of 300,000 tonnes per year of different grades of HDPE including Black Pipe. Its main feed is the ethylene product of the adjacent Ethylene Plant in the Ilam Petrochemical Complex.

Overview:
This project focused on improving the handling and transportation of Direct Reduced Iron (DRI)
Key Aspects of the Project:
Objective: The primary goal was to enhance the efficiency of DRI handling, minimizing material loss and ensuring a continuous and streamlined supply of DRI to the steel production units.
Implementation: Advanced handling systems were implemented. These systems included state-of-the-art conveyor belts, automated storage solutions, and precise weighing and distribution mechanisms.
Impact: The project significantly reduced the downtime and operational costs associated with DRI handling.
Technological Integration: The project integrated modern technology to monitor and control the DRI handling process. This included the use of sensors and automation to ensure consistent quality and to detect any issues in real-time.
